Claims Management Systems
Our Echo R2 claims management platform and our FNOL system which can be used as either an integrated FNOL-system or a standalone SaaS-service, manages the entire claims process across all stakeholders. Data is entered only once. Echo R2 validates all claims upon entry at the source, ensuring total accuracy of records and removing the need for teams of clerks and technicians to review, process and reconcile bordereaux. Extensive claims reporting is provided at agreed intervals and clients can view and audit their files via our extranet environment.
